Journalist Catherine Reilly received funding in 2008 to travel to Belarus to explore what life is really like in ‘Europe’s last dictatorship.’ Her project had a strong focus on health and development issues.
Her work resulted in a four-part print article series in Metro Eireann. A copy of this project will be made available for download on this site in the coming weeks.
