RT Science & Technology Correspondent Will Goodbody received funding through the summer 2016 round of the Fund to travel to Kenya. His project explored the rise of technology in the country and the impact it is having. In particular, he looked at scheme introduced by Kenya’s President to provide a laptop to each child starting schools, to see whether it’s a model which would be worthwhile replicating elsewhere in the developing world.
